Mumbai’s Chatterjee and Lal gallery presents a solo show of the works of Indian artist of Afghani ancestry, Arshi Irshad Ahmadzai, who has moved between continents—from Afghanistan to India to Germany and the US. She is based between Weimar in Germany and New York in the US. This solo show continues her engagement with myriad questions, most of which often lead to her position as a South Asian Muslim woman.
